About the Job:
As Head of Influencer Marketing and Content, you will play a key role in our brand team, driving the brands success through engaging and brand defining content and global influencer marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of our TikTok strategy, driving growth through TikTok Shop, live streams, and both paid and organic content.
- Continuous focus on our TikTok growth, aiming for over 40 million monthly views, focusing on EMV and revenue growth with innovative platform features such as TikTok shop.
- Strategize and execute innovative cutting-edge influencer marketing, content and brand activation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution and integration for new launches and existing product campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with top global influencers, negotiating contracts and ensuring clear deliverables are met, and aiding brand growth strategy.
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, achieving significant TikTok growth.
- Plan campaigns around product launches and key promotions.
- Forge strategic brand partnerships and lead exciting quarterly offline events.
- Coordinate global activations to boost brand awareness.
- Drive engaging, video-led storytelling, ensuring content strategy aligns with brand standards, with a focus on brand growth
- Analyze performance of campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as reach, engagement, EMV, CPV and providing actionable insights based on these.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and manage P&L and influencer marketing budgets for maximum impact.
- Mentor and lead the influencer and content team, fostering a culture of innovation and productivity, staying ahead of industry trends and creating industry leading influencer campaigns across social media.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management - a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, (tiktok specifically), influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with influencers, brand partners, and internal teams.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in campaign execution and documentation.
- Creative thinking and the ability to identify unique and innovative partnership opportunities.
- Passion and knowledge of the beauty industry, knowledge of competitor brands and consumer marketing.
- Understanding of legal and ethical considerations related to influencer marketing, including disclosure guidelines and copyright regulations.
