Responsibilities
- Regularly inspect and maintain equipment and systems according to SOPs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate all mechanical maintenance, including preventive and corrective measures.
- Oversee maintenance during plant overhauls and routine inspections.
- Conduct functional tests, analyze mechanical failures, and recommend preventive measures.
- Develop and implement projects to improve plant reliability and performance.
- Supervise maintenance contracts and establish maintenance procedures.
- Monitor and control maintenance budget.
- Lead and manage maintenance team effectively.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent .
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance and safety regulations.
- Analytical, with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
