The Research Officer (RO) will be part of a strategic project to monitor the implementation and evaluate a new care model in SingHealth Community Hospitals.
The RO will be responsible for performing data collection, coding, analysis and accurate interpretation of results for the project, including conducting interviews with patients. The RO supports monthly project meetings as secretariat to present project status updates and review key findings with the project team. He/she also assists to prepare the quarterly performance review and review performance with project team before submission. The RO will participate in the preparation of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts, as well as conduct literature reviews. He/she will perform other related duties as assigned.
The position will be for a contract period of one year.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work or Sociology)
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work after office hours and on weekends as needed, as participants may request that we interview them during these timings
