Responsibilities
- Responsible to source, negotiate with suppliers and purchase construction materials
- Review proposals, contracts and agreements with suppliers
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs and inventory control management
- Follow up on Purchase Order delivery and shipment schedule
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- O-Level/Diploma holder with minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction industry
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent
- Possesses strong analytical skills and attentive to details
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Able to start work within short notice period
- Negotiation skills to get the best price / quality ratio
- Ability to negotiate bulk quantity / yearly price at company level
