Job Descriptions:
- Compile, review, analyse, follow up and feedback to EnGro top management on China JVs' routine operations and performances through daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually reports.
- Prepare, update forecast and budget of EnGro China JVs.
- Track, update and present to EnGro’s top management on dividend declaration/receivables/remittances/status of dividend receipt from EnGro China JVs.
- Prepare quarterly financial review reports and present to the top management.
- prepare yearly performance reviews (paper work) of company's representatives in China as well as prepare and coordinate the subsequent bonus payments.
- Coordinate financial matters between EnGro Finance Department and external, internal auditors and China JVs, e.g. dividends, profit performances, business operation managements etc.
- Maintain internal system and upload data and documents, etc.
- Assist in following up on all the projects approved by management.
- Assist in analyzing new/upcoming transformational development project from JVs.
- Assist in coordinating and conducting yearly technical meeting/workshop for all the JVs in China.
- Assist in chairing China GGBS Association for promoting JVs’ products and provide value-added services.
- Assist in conducting feasibility study on new projects introduced by management and consultants.
- Assist in collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements are met if new project launched.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Job Specifications & Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree holder in finance/business development /marketing with at least 4 years relevant experience.
- Candidate with IT and Chinese state-owned enterprises experience/background will be preferred.
- Experienced and well-versed in handling project documents, paper works, reports, submissions, schedules and co-ordinations among all related parties of a project management.
- Proficient in Mandarin (good written and verbal communication skills) in order to communicate effectively with JV staff or outside parties on matters related to EnGro’s China business.
- Strong communications skills, tactfulness, integrity, good inter-personal skill.
- Good English language skills will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, particularly WORD and EXCEL applications.
- Willing to learn and understand China/Chinese culture.
- Able to multi-task or handle works under tight timeline.
