GEVME: Event Onsite Specialist

We are looking for a full-time Event Onsite Specialist who will be responsible of setting up our Onsite printing system at events and provide a smooth experience to both the event organisers and event attendees. A successful candidate is one who is able to respond well under pressure and be creative in adapting to situations.

We’ll trust you to:
- Set up the Gevme Onsite Printing System at events and provide technical support
- Liaise with clients to create onsite plans and tasks
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Handle simple ad-hoc duties
- Answer queries from clients, employees, vendors (and anybody else!)
- Provide a seamless, efficient and highly professional event onsite experience
The requirements are:
- Experience in the events industry
- Being reliable and responsible
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to multi-task and collaborate in a team environment
- Computer proficient and able to learn new technologies
We’d love for you to have:
- Knowledge of printer installation and setups
- Experience in event software
