Our client is one of the leader in Machinery Manufacturing Industry MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities related to building management.
- Ensure infrastructure is well-maintained and facilities are safe and operational.
- Manage outsourced service providers for facility-related issues.
- Handle third-party contract management and negotiations.
- Inspect building structures for necessary repairs or renovations.
- Conduct risk and reliability assessments.
- Create and manage department operating and capital budgets.
- Establish and enforce facilities policies and procedures.
- Plan and schedule maintenance-related shutdowns.
- Ensure compliance with code and environmental regulations for all facility activities.
- Manage activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, and building security.
- Review utilities consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
- Coordinate capital expenditure projects within the company, including machine transfers.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Degree or equivalent
- Min 10 years of working experience in facilities management exposure
