Responsibilities:
- Assist in purchasing construction materials including sourcing and getting quotations
- Coordinate with site people for site requests
- Issue and follow-up purchase orders and delivery orders
Requirements:
- O-Level holder with minimum 1 year relevant experience in construction industry
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Applicant with less experience will be considered as Purchase Clerk
- Able to start work within short notice period
- Able to make comparisons in order to advice PM / OM on the purchase conditions
- Negotiation skills to get the best price / quality ratio
