Responsibilities:
- To serve the academic needs of MDIS staff and students by delivering exceptional customer service, assistance and engagement.
- To ensure smooth operations and service delivery at Library.
- To handle library collection and maintenance.
- To engage with students to increase footfall, usage and readership at Library.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience with library management system e.g. Spydus system will be advantageous
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and writing skills
- Good communication skills
