Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare full set monthly management accounts and related schedules timely
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, quarterly GST reporting, various reports and government surveys.
- Billing processing, intercompany transactions
- Project cost tracking and perform account analysis
- Cash flow management
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, and bankers
- Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Processes, and Procedures
- Participation in ERP implementations.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and above
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax, and GST rules.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role/responsibilities.
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and tight deadlines independently
- Self-motivated, resourceful, hands-on, multi-task, meticulous and analytical skills
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- Open and positive mindset for job rotation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with MYOB
- Initial years of external audit experiences preferred.
- 3 – 5 years full sets accounting experiences.
- Prior year audit experience are welcome to apply.
