Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and review all various reports, payments, GST, Tax computation etc.
- Assist in forecasting & budgeting.
- Transfer Pricing
- Regional finance transactions, tax, rules, and regulations.
- Intercompany balances and transactions
- Project cost tracking and perform account analysis
- Cash flow management
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers
- Compliance with Company Policies, Processes, and Procedures, Internal Audit
- ERP implementations.
- Communicate with various departments, managers, and outsiders.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Min Degree in Accountant/ Finance with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Prior experience with group consolidation is preferable but not mandatory.
- Team player with high integrity and a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, meticulous, resourceful, and analytical.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and PowerPoint
- Experience with MYOB, Globe 3 ERP accounting systems
- Initial years of external audit experience are preferred.
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting and project accounting.
- Able to handle difficult issues/situations and ability to work under pressure
- Good understanding / Prior years’ experience with regional finance.
