DUTIES
Your duties as Systems Engineer are as follows:
• Support ICT Related Work.
• Preventive and Adhoc Maintenance of ICT equipment .
• Trouble-shooting and repair of ICT equipment.
• Involved in implementation and commissioning of IT system involving setting up of servers,
virtualization and networking hardwares.
• Project planning and co-ordination with contractors, suppliers and third parties.
• Site surveys, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Work.
• Providing first-level on-site or remote technical support to end users regarding IT issues.
(Microsoft Windows/Server, Office, Networking)
• Any other tasks as required
