Established in 1962, Läderach Swiss Chocolatier is a decade-long family business specializing in luxury Swiss chocolate with more than fifty years of brand history. The brand is managed by ROYAL INSIGNIA in Southeast-Asia.
Following the success of the chocolatier’s first pop-up in Singapore during the 2017 Christmas season, Läderach has opened up its first brick and mortar in Singapore in 2019, marking the brand’s first foray into Southeast-Asia.
The brand has since established 4 boutiques in Singapore, with plans to further expand into other areas in the region.
Occupation Description:
The Senior/ Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence. He / she also engages in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store. In order to drive seamless customer experience across channels, he / she handles order fulfilment processes for customers in store.
He / she operates in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric store environment. As the first point-of-contact in store, he / she serves as the ambassador of the organization.
He / she is a highly motivated and service-oriented individual. He / she communicates well and thrives in a team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
- Generate new businesses (walk-ins and/or phone enquiries)
- Attain and maintain required service standards
- Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
- Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing, replenishment, stock-receiving/taking
- Maintain housekeeeping standards at the Boutique
Education & Qualifications:
- Min ITE/ Diploma / Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to converse fluently in English
Working Hours:
- 36 hours per week (minimally three (3) 8-hours shifts and two (2) 6-hours shift
- Shifts basis on five (5) days a week subjected to roster
Experience:
- Prior experience in the retail sector would be an added advantage
