The Role:
My Client is a leading Investment Bank and we are looking for a FCC Compliance Manager for the Singapore office. You will be given the autonomy to spearhead new FCC Compliance polices and framework across the region, and work closely with a wider team across Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and spearhead the FCC and AML policies across SG and HK.
- Provide FCC Compliance and Business Advisory to global stakeholders
- Act as the MLRO and ensure that all transactions are in line with the rules and regulations
- Review KYC policies and ensure that they are in line with policies and procedures
- Conduct and spearhead Enterprise Risk and AML policies for the group entity.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in a reputable university
- At least 8 to 10 years in FCC Compliance – ideally with some experience in KYC / CDD
- Financial Crime or AML related certification – ACAMS etc
- Experience in working with MAS / HKMA
- Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
