Responsible:
- Responsible for the overall compensation and benefits management of the company, ensuring the reasonable operation of the company's compensation system and that employee salaries are competitive in the market.
- Replicate the company's monthly payroll calculations to ensure accurate and error-free payroll processing.
- Liaise with suppliers and reconcile supplier data.
- Regularly conduct analysis of the company's compensation, structure, and job levels, and produce recommendation reports beneficial to the company's development.
- Discuss and continuously optimize with management.
- Conduct regular market salary surveys and optimize the compensation model.
- When necessary, design compensation and job level frameworks under the guidance of supervisors and produce implementation plans.
Requirements:
- Min 4 years of experience in compensation & benefit
- Min bachelor degree in HR, Business admin and relevant course
