About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will play an instrumental role in expanding EIRA Water’s presence within the Singapore's luxury and high-end markets. This role involves developing new business opportunities, establishing and managing new and existing relationships with prestigious clients, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our product to maintain and grow our market presence.
Main Responsibilities:
• Account Acquisition & Management:
o Identify and secure new accounts for EIRA Water in 5-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, fine dining establishments, casual dining venues, private banking sectors, luxury shopping outlets and any similar accounts.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in these sectors to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Brand Development:
o Strategically position EIRA Water in the Food & Beverage and luxury
markets to establish it as the new high-end water brand in Singapore.
o Collaboratewiththemarketingteamtoplanandexecutebrandactivation initiatives tailored for high-end clients.
• Sales & Order Management:
o Generate purchase orders for new and existing accounts.
o Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to clients.
o Monitor and manage the flow of orders, aiming to achieve consistent growth in sales volumes.
• Client Liaison:
o Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and
issues.
o Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Market Analysis & Reporting:
o Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and
competitive landscape.
o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and strategic recommendations for business growth.
Who we are looking for:
- University Degree
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles in FMCG, with the strong knowledge of
- distribution and account management
- Market Knowledge: Traditional and Modern trade, Impulse channel,
- E-Commerce, Food service
- Good understanding of Trade marketing, Channel and Customer planning,
- Commercial logistics, Sales, Field and Merchandising processes
- Strong analytical skill, account management, negotiation and leadership skills
- Proactivity, accountability, resilience, dynamism and self-motivation, growth
- mindset
- Advanced MS Office skills, knowledge of Xero is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
