Job Summary:
The Consultant is an entry-level or mid-level HR professional who supports senior consultants and the broader HR consulting team in delivering high-quality client services. They will gain valuable experience through research, analysis, and project execution tasks, while developing their technical expertise and client communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Project Support and Research:
- Conduct research and data analysis to support senior consultants in project planning and development.
- Gather information from clients through interviews, surveys, and document reviews.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other project deliverables under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Stay informed on HR trends and best practices relevant to assigned projects.
Client Interface and Communication:
- Assist senior consultants in client meetings and presentations, taking notes and documenting key points.
- Prepare and communicate basic client updates and project summaries.
- Build rapport with clients and respond to initial inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Administrative and Operational Tasks:
- Maintain project files and databases to ensure accurate and organized records.
- Track project timelines and budgets, assisting in identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Manage project logistics, such as scheduling meetings and preparing travel arrangements (if applicable).
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferred).
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
