Consultant (HR Consultancy)

Job Summary:

The Consultant is an entry-level or mid-level HR professional who supports senior consultants and the broader HR consulting team in delivering high-quality client services. They will gain valuable experience through research, analysis, and project execution tasks, while developing their technical expertise and client communication skills.


Responsibilities:


Project Support and Research:

  • Conduct research and data analysis to support senior consultants in project planning and development.
  • Gather information from clients through interviews, surveys, and document reviews.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other project deliverables under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Stay informed on HR trends and best practices relevant to assigned projects.

Client Interface and Communication:

  • Assist senior consultants in client meetings and presentations, taking notes and documenting key points.
  • Prepare and communicate basic client updates and project summaries.
  • Build rapport with clients and respond to initial inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Administrative and Operational Tasks:

  • Maintain project files and databases to ensure accurate and organized records.
  • Track project timelines and budgets, assisting in identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Manage project logistics, such as scheduling meetings and preparing travel arrangements (if applicable).
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
