Job Responsibilities:
- Duties include answering phone calls and emails, greeting and directing office visitors to designated meeting areas and building spreadsheets.
- Manage and keep data or records and reports up to date.
- Organize and schedule meetings and events.
- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
- Reconciling bank statements, monthly account closing procedures, generate financial reports, and etc.
Job Requirements:
- At least diploma or related equivalent.
- Prefer at least 1 to 2 years experience in administrative and basic account skills.
- Verbal communication, time management, diary management.

- Salary Range: S$2500 to S$3500
- Working Day: 5.5 working days
- Working Hour: 9am to 6pm/ 10am to 7pm
