We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.


Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Market analysis and identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a strong presence and network with potential clients and partners.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Product Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and address their challenges.
  • Provide input on product features, usability, and pricing based on market insights and customer feedback to enhance product competitiveness and market penetration.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and business development professionals to achieve targets and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or its equivalent.
  • 8-12 years of experience in a relevant field such as IT, technology, business or marketing.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a successful track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Relevant working experience in security industry will be advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude.
  • Forward-thinking and adaptable to dynamic situation.
