Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development:

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a strong presence and network with potential clients and partners.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Product Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and address their challenges.
- Provide input on product features, usability, and pricing based on market insights and customer feedback to enhance product competitiveness and market penetration.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and business development professionals to achieve targets and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or its equivalent.
- 8-12 years of experience in a relevant field such as IT, technology, business or marketing.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a successful track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Relevant working experience in security industry will be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude.
