Overview for the role:
The role will provide administration support in Marketing and Admissions department and to provide comprehensive services to students and staff and maintain the applicable student management systems for the university.
Job Duties:
Student Contracts and Student’s Pass Management
- Update student’s records status on Student Management systems to ensure accuracy of record.
- Process Student’s Pass applications and Student’s Pass cancellation for each study period on system
- Maintain records of the application, payment, approval, and formality completions of Student’s Pass.
- Ensure all Student’s Pass changes have relevant approvals in line with policy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Student’s Pass requirements.
Student Contracts
- Assist in the preparation and checking of Student Contracts.
- Execute student contracts in accordance with the procedures and in line with policy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Student Contracts policies and procedures.
Others
- Ensure file circulation to relevant departments is conducted timely.
- Maintain student’s medical insurance coverage records.
- Provide student services support on Student Contract and Student’s Pass enquiries.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Admissions Officer.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration / relevant discipline
- Preferable with experience in dealing with International Students
