- Answering phone calls and attending to walk-in customer’s inquiries.
- Prepare daily customer appointment sheets for the SA’s and Workshop controllers/Supervisors in advance and forward information to the respective department.
- Ensure proper filing of completed job cards and invoices into their respective history files and archiving digitally.

Mon- Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Alt Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
