Reporting to Director/ SCM/ CM, the Programme Executive (Drumming) is assgined to do the following job scope:
Job Duties:
Research on drumming impact to seniors' well-being. The main objectives are to :
- Improve mental health, reduce depression and enhance sleep quality
- Target an increase in the number of male seniors
Other Duties
· Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Director/ SCM/ CM
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector
· At least 1 year of programme evulation or related experience.
· Enjoy working with seniors and volunteers
. Proficient in Microsoft Office·
. Good writting skills
· Good problem solving skills
· Good interpersonal skills, a team player, yet able to work independently
. Resourceful & Detailed Oriented
This role is a contract role of around 1.5 years, renewable upon operations needs.
