1. Develop and implement QA/QC inspection and testing protocols in accordance with specifications and regulatory requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage for major projects.
2. Lead and manage a team of experts to uphold the Quality Management System, policies, and standards, ensuring seamless execution of all quality-related activities to meet specified standards.
3. Create and execute preventive measures and corrective actions for non-conforming products, including training to enhance awareness of quality procedures and individual responsibilities in the QA/QC process.
4. Plan and coordinate site activities, resolving drawing discrepancies and details as necessary.
5. Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors for inspections and attend meetings as required.
6. Work independently and as an integral part of the Site Management team.
7. Support the Construction/Project Manager in overseeing daily construction and site coordination activities.
8. Document and report any non-conformances, conducting root cause analyses as needed.
9. Monitor and ensure implementation of corrective actions and continuous process improvements.
10. Conduct inspections of in-progress and completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved construction drawings.
