Our client is a leading feeder solutions provider in the maritime industry. The co is based in town near the Tanjong Pagar MRT station. The co allows WFH 1 day per week (after the clearance of 3months probation period). We are seeking for a hands-on treasury accounting or AR exec to join this team in a 1-year contract role.
For this role, your main scope will be AR and help with the implementation of a TMS system.
Summary: As a Treasury Executive, you will support the Treasury Manager in all aspects of Treasury and accounting functions.
Employment Type: Contract (12 months)
Reports to: Treasury Manager (with more than 20 years of experience)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily treasury operations (Accounts Receivables).
- Daily Cash Receipts Reporting.
- Daily Receipts Posting and clearing
- Weekly and Monthly AR reporting
- Work closely with SAP IT for process improvements & automation
- Support TMS implementation project
- Take on any other duties or initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance.
- 2-3 years of AR or Treasury accounting experience is required.
- Experience in Treasury Management System a Plus (but not a must)
- Prior experience in the shipping industry will be an added advantage but this is not a must.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with superior attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Driven, has a positive attitude to learning and able to work under fast paced environment.
- Familiar with SAP and Online Banking Systems
