- Position: Accounts Executive
- Location: Pandan Road
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Bonus (1 Month)
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Prepare timely financial and management reports
- Manage cashflow planning and projection
- Able to handle GST filing and submission
- Assist in preparing management reports
- Liaise with auditors and banks for related matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in handling AP, AR,GL
- Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
