Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Partner Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible to:
- You will be joining a fast growing team in Singapore, building and nurturing relationships with regional and local Systems Integrators across Asia, with a focus on the ASEAN market.
- Leveraging our platform of existing global relationships, you’ll co-craft offerings and sales plays to target different enterprise customers.
- You will define and communicate Workato’s value propositions to Regional and Local Systems Integrators, Advisory and Professional Services organizations. Driven through webinars, training, partner events and other communications
- Working closely with the VP Sales for Asia and our global Strategic Partnerships and Alliances team, you will define, execute and evangelize the regional SI partner strategy both internally and externally.
- You’ll be a highly visible leader in our next stage of growth, as part of a global strategy to deepen and widen our partner sales plays.
Requirements
- You’re a collaborative, strategic sales professional with an eye for crafting offerings and sales plays with a range of SIs, driving strategic business plans and aligning partners to the right Enterprise accounts and Big Bets for Workato , while ensuring good deal collaboration with Workato AE’s.
- You’ve got a proven track record in forming successful, strategic partnerships with systems integrators around the region
- You’ll have a successful track record of doing this in similar roles and have a strong network that you can leverage.
- You’re a natural relationship manager and know how to co-create win-win partner development strategies.
- Influencing and aligning with senior executives, often face to face is your bread and butter.
- You’re comfortable working in a remote environment, but still value long term relationship building and face time with your partners.
