Special Note: This recruitment is for two positions: Managing Director or Business Development Director. Both positions will start with the BD Director role during the probationary period.
■SALARY/ GURANTEE
SGD 12,000 ～15,000 （MONTH）
Bonus: Up to 2 months, based on performance
■RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the main representative for both new and existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and innovative sales approaches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Monitor performance against key performance metrics and regularly report results and action points to senior management
- Analyze the market to monitor competitors and changes in the business landscape
■REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a successful Sales Director or similar leadership role in a marketing research firm is a must
-Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
-Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
-Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Ability to communicate, present to, and influence all levels of an organization, including C-level
-Demonstrable leadership skills and experience, with a willingness to be hands-on
