Responsibilities
· Key Management Personal, interacts with the CEO, Senior Management team and the Board.
· Manage the overall process of financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial and tax reporting
· Advise on business and financial planning and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO
· Provide leadership across the business in order to execute business plans
· Responsible for the risk and compliance management of the Group
· Oversee the finance team involved in the timely reporting to HKEX and yearly statutory reporting in accordance to IFRS and HKEX guidelines
Requirements
· At least 3 years experience in relevant management position required
· CPA or equivalent is desirable
· Degree
· Proven leadership, management experience with sound judgement
· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with Senior Management, investors and external stakeholders
