- Achieve sales targets set by management.
- Represent the company as a recognized specialist in the construction industry.
- Actively identify opportunities and potential clients within the construction market.
- Maintain and manage excellent customer relationships, ensuring value delivery and understanding of customer needs.
- Evaluate potential new customers and submit thorough analyses.
- Build and maintain a network with stakeholders including Developers, Consultants, Architects, and Contractors.
- Embody the company's vision, mission, and values, emphasizing personal accountability and business acumen.
- Stay updated on site progress and provide accurate material forecasts.
- Maintain open communication with the leadership team on current trends and activities.
- Effectively communicate terms and conditions with dealers and customers to ensure timely payments.
- Provide monthly reports to the manager.
- Offer customized solutions to customers on a case-by-case basis.
- Provide support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
- Computer literacy.
- Demonstrates creative thinking and is highly self-motivated.
- Proven track record of successful personal salesmanship.
- Strong, assertive personality, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Class 3 Licence (Required to travel frequently around Singapore)
Additional Information:
- Work schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
- Working hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
