Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the manufacturing operations in Singapore, which includes production, quality, materials management, warehouse, EHS, maintenance, etc. Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize productivity.
- Ensure that all manufactured products meet or exceed the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement robust quality control processes and conduct regular audits to maintain product integrity.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all operational functions. Identify areas for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement. Lead and support cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the operational strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners. Streamline the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products while minimizing costs
- Develop and manage operational budgets for Singapore facility. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to control expenditures.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and KPIs to the executive team. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and process improvement efforts.
- Promote a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.
- Adhere to the company’s policies and standards and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
- Good to have experiences in lean and automation.
