The Senior Procurement Executive will be responsible for all procurement activities and vendor management of the Home.
Responsibilities:
- Lead purchasing projects and follow up with the sourcing projects (Tender, RFQ, negotiation and contracting).
- Source competitive suppliers in accordance with the Society’s requirements and ensure all purchasing are transparency, independently processed, properly reviewed and approved.
- Evaluate supplier’s performance and to negotiate in the best interest of the Society.
- Maintain close liaison with suppliers on quality and supply.
- Generate Purchase Order and GRN upon goods received or services performed.
- Liaise with vendor for delivery schedule.
- Conduct benchmarking exercise to evaluate industry trend and new supplier selection.
- Monitor cost and prices.
- Keep track of AIC Group Procurement awards and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Ensure all control and purchasing activities are in compliance with policies & procedures for Procurement.
- Lead and liaise with auditor for internal and external audit.
- Perform annual vendor evaluation and submit report to Management.
Requirement:
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in Procurement.
- Good written, communication and negotiation skills.
