Carpentry Manager

  • Production Management:Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient production of carpentry products.
    Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet production targets.
    Monitor production processes, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or production issues.
  • Quality Control:Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure all products meet company specifications and customer expectations.
    Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to identify and address quality issues.
  • Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled carpenters and support staff.
    Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying opportunities for development and improvement.
  • Safety and Compliance:Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
    Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.
    Address and resolve any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
  • Resource Management:Manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available to meet production needs.
    Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and maintain positive relationships.
    Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
    Stay current with industry trends and advancements, incorporating best practices and new technologies into the production process.
  • Customer Relations:Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
    Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to product quality or delivery.
