Responsibilities
- Manage and handle our existing B2B contract customers
- Prepare presentation, Demo, quotation and proposal for clients
- Implementation & execution of agreed plans to achieve business goals
- Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
- Providing excellent customer experience to increase customer satisfaction, growth, and retention rate
- Work towards achieving service excellence and meeting monthly service & renewal KPIs
- Continually monitors market, customer, and competitor developments
- Work closely with internal sales/marketing/technical department
- Pre & Post sales management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in Sales field
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- Highly customer-centric in understanding and profiling customers’ needs
- Able to work independently as a team player
- Strong sales track record
