About The Role

The role involves supporting the Talent Management and Succession Planning in ALPS. The purpose is to ensure that ALPS has a strong and robust leadership bench-strength. This will be achieved by reviewing key positions, managing the succession planning process to maintain a healthy succession pipeline, and planning, preparing, and developing potential successors for these key roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organization goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a robust leadership succession bench strength for the organization.
  • Strategize and manage the talent management and succession framework.
  • Oversees the identification, assessment and development of high potential talents.
  • Plan, coordinate and implement succession strategies and process.
  • Engage and nurture talents to foster their commitment to lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR with specialization in talent management & succession planning proven track record in effective talent management & succession planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS, preferably SuccessFactor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
