- Manage trading opeations: Daily trading activities, ensure smooth execution of BUY and SELL trades.
- Develop and implement selling strategies: To maximise profits and production volume and minimum risk.
- Market analysis: Constantly monitor global market trends and rubber prices to make informed decisions on trading strategies.
- Gather and analyse market data, including information on competitors and industry trends.
- Qualitative and data analytics skills required for analysis of rubber variants for use in trend spotting and systematic trading.
- Ensure company products comply with industry standard such traceability and substainability concept.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies and digital tools to improve trading operations and reporting.
- Collaborate with logistics, shipping and factories teams to ensure products are delivered on timely, with cost-effective transportation, storage and distribution.
- Have the initiative to discuss and make plans to maximize the category potential in each account.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in marketing, business or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Trade marketing.
- Proven track records of developing and executing successful trade marketing projects that drives sales growth.
- Able to analyze data and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Good communication and collaboration skills and able to work effectively with locals and overseas co-workers.
