In April 2024, NEW YORK TIMES (The 100 Best Restaurants in New York City for 2024) ranked two of Roberta’s restaurants as #2 in all of NYC (BLANCA) and #53 (Foul Witch), the biggest accolade in the US for the restaurant industry.


Role Description: We are growing throughout Singapore, Thailand, and Asia. We are looking to hire an experienced Regional Manager for Front of House as we expand throughout S.E. Asia, ensuring successful customer service, training of FOH staff whilst enhancing our customer base amongst all locations. Regional travel is expected. The Manager plays an active operational role and is responsible for the all front of house teams (Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Captains, Servers, etc.)., organizes the roles and responsibilities and ensures effective training is completed to Roberta’s standards. The Manager will ensure every customer receives a warm welcome and that service runs smoothly.


The Manager will do this by monitoring the way in which each member of the front of house team works but may also welcome customers in person, give advice and converse with them to ensure that everything is going well. Other responsibilities include deepening our customer base, enhancing revenue, and liaising with our US team on certain reporting functions. The Manager will also be involved in various marketing and social media initiatives.


Skillsets Needed:

Be professional and have excellent people skills. This role requires the individual to be exceptionally skilled at welcoming, serving, and interacting with customers.

Know how to manage and work in a team. The front of house manager needs to intervene in any conflict that may

Possess leadership skills, to be able to effectively manage and coordinate an entire front of house team but also the relationship with stakeholders (Landlord, etc.)

To ensure the best possible customer experience. The front of house manager must monitor the work of each individual and pay close attention to every detail.

Be a good manager, know how to make the right decision and anticipate needs to meet profitability objectives.
