Job Description:


  • Perform daily inspection, supervision, maintenance of facility and cleanliness
  • Maintain record and daily submission of reports
  • Ensure the check in and check out process of residents is done expeditiously and seamlessly
  • Respond to residents’ queries and concerns expeditiously
  • Manage and Enforce In-house Rule and Regulations
  • Induction and Orientation of new resident, House rule, Contact and Services
  • Rooms inspection during check in and check out residents

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least diploma in hotel management or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience is required for this position
  • Team player and able to supervise the Team
  • Good understanding in hospitality procedures
  • Able to work on shift including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Responsible
  • Good communication skills with all levels of employee
