The Opportunity

- Monday - Friday/8.30 am – 5.45pm
- Location: Central West
- Salary: Up to $4,000
- 6 Months contract (renewable subjected to performance)

The Role
- Regularly report cash flow of Asia Pacific entities to headquarters.
- Process payments, ensuring funds reach both internal and external parties in a timely manner.
- Maintain daily cash position, ensuring sufficient funds in all accounts, and manage redeployment of excess funds (In-House Cash).
- Manage bank account activities, including account opening/closure, onboarding, and maintenance of signing mandates.
- Administer electronic banking services, including new user set-up, user rights assignment, and maintenance of e-signing mandates.
- Perform administrative duties related to bank documentation.
- Perform settlement duties with regards to FX / Derivatives / Money Market / Commodities.
- Communicate with Banks and Traders to confirm settlement.
The Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Treasury or banking preferred
- Responsible, self-motivated, self-disciplined and detail oriented while in a fast paced and dynamic setting
- Able to handle highly confidential data
