Our dramas, movies, animations, variety and entertainment shows are watched by billions locally and abroad. The next phase for iQIYI is to bring our wonderful content and services to the world.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation of iQIYI International App platform, improving the efficiency of content recommendation distribution and broadcasting effects on the App based on internal data. Operational scope includes but is not limited to updating internal recommendation slots, issuing PUSH notifications, and placing advertising inserts.
- Around site operation and promotion, collect and follow up on material design, production, circulation, and distribution in various languages, ensuring timely user engagement with content broadcast.
- Monitor competitor platforms and handle site complaints, collect operational feedback from multiple countries and regions. Participate in product optimization, continuously improving content flow efficiency, and optimizing user experience.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about long-form video contents, with a deep understanding of drama /film /cartoon /variety show genres. Background in media, marketing, and related fields is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to assist in data organization and output using pivot tables, Excel techniques.
- Operating a platform specializing in C-drama content for the international markets requires proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates with relevant study background are welcome.
爱奇艺-国际APP平台运营：
岗位职责：
- 协助爱奇艺国际版APP平台运营工作，基于APP内数据提升内容在APP的推荐分发效率及播出效果。运营范围包括但不限于站内推荐位更新、PUSH下发、广告贴片投放等。
- 围绕站内运营推广，收集并跟进各语种物料设计制作、流转及分发，保障内容播出及时触达用户。
- 跟进竞手平台监控及站内客诉，收集多国家地区的运营意见。参与APP客户端的产品优化工作，持续提升内容导流效果，优化用户体验。
任职要求：
- 热爱长视频，对剧/影/漫/综某一个品类有较深入的了解。传媒、市场营销等专业优先。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据透视表、Excel技巧协助完成数据整理输出。
- 英语口语和书写流利，熟悉中文。
