Currently Hiring for the Following Positions:
Project Coordinator/Assistant:
As a Project Coordinator/Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing incoming models and talents and catering to client requests. Your responsibilities will include coordinating castings through platforms like WhatsApp and email, assisting in modeling lessons, booking music, capturing pictures, and helping female models with their outfits. This position offers a female working environment.
You will be the backbone of our director's schedule, handling appointments, running errands, and managing administrative tasks such as filing and digital documentation. Additionally, you'll be involved in behind-the-scenes photography and serve as an admin for all platform
Requirements:
Able to start immediately!
Hybrid work arrangement: -need to attend meetings and briefings in person.
Flexibility regarding working hours due to occasional late shows or events (compensated with transport and OT).
Available for work on weekdays (10 am - 5/6 pm or 2-6 pm) and weekends (4 hours on Saturdays, or 4 hours, minimum 3 times per week on-site).do expect Odd hours for Event
Previous experience in modeling, business, media, or event or Talent management is a plus.
Proficiency in social media platforms and Google Drive is a must.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Knowledge of Chinese language (speaking and writing) is an advantage.
