Finance & HR Executive

The Finance & HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the Finance & Human Resources Manager in all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Education Requirement:

Diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field.


Knowledge Requirement:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices and some experience in supporting simple HR functions.


Experience Requirement:

3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.


Personal Qualities and Strengths:

● Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets.

● Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Detail-oriented and organized.

● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Key Accountabilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

2. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

3. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

4. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecast.

5. Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify trends.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance.

7. Assist with year-end audit and tax preparation.

8. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

9. Work with team-mates to ensure smooth and accurate billing and collection.

10. Support simple ad-hoc HR functions like processing claims.
