About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join a private family in Singapore as a Personal Assistant cum Tutor. This role involves primarily supporting a child’s educational and extracurricular activities, alongside managing some personal assistant duties for the family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tutoring (70%): Serve as a companion to the child, overseeing their learning by tutoring, arranging and accompanying them to tuition, and liaising with their school.
- Personal Assistant Duties (30%): Assist with personal errands such as shopping, arranging dry cleaning, and making dining reservations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin to manage communication effectively with the Chinese Family
- Familiarity with Singapore’s education system and local services.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
