HR Easily is seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team in driving the development and growth of our SaaS (Software as a Service) product. As a pivotal member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of our SaaS solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to define the product vision and strategy.
- Drive the roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with stakeholders, including development teams, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and decisions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the product and engineering teams.
Feature Definition and Prioritization:
- Create and maintain a product backlog detailing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features based on strategic goals, customer feedback, and market research.
Product Development and Delivery:
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide clear direction to development teams through detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Product Performance and Optimization:
- Monitor key product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Iterate on features based on data-driven insights and user behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in SaaS or software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with SaaS metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is preferred.
