Job Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering validation and reliability centered maintenance analysis of all amusement rides/show equipment.
- Develop and execute a structured preventive maintenance program.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
- Manage the implementation of solutions to improve operational safety and reliability of Ride & Show equipment (through improved diagnostics, approved/improved software revisions, technician training, and preventive maintenance improvement).
- Perform research and implement solutions for predictive maintenance technology to improve operational reliability of rides.
- Support engineering change process and review of service bulletins.
- Understand amusement ride safety regulations set by Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Computer Engineering.
- Ability to work with diverse group of technical team members.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Control System Engineering and Fault Analysis.
- Knowledge of Automation Systems.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with the following PLC Systems: Allen Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix, SLC 500 and Siemens S7.
- Experience with variable frequency drives.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle process/Standard Electrical Schematic Diagrams/Change control process.
- Logical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to perform complex system tests.
