About the Job
The company is expanding and is looking for an individual to fill the role of Fire Alarm Panel Technician. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing of fire alarm systems in various buildings. Technician need to service general firefighting equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, fire hydrants, and dry risers too as per Singapore Standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
- To carry out preventive maintenance / servicing of fire protection systems
- Able to communicate effectively with good sense of responsibility
- Liaise with clients for servicing schedule & prepare service sheet
- Positive attitude and good team player as Training will be provided
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation
- The ability to service, repair, inspect, and troubleshoot Fire Protection/Suppression Systems for established customers on a scheduled basis.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Spoken and written in English
Qualifications
- Possession of Class 3 driving license preferable.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu (Read, Speak, Write).
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in electrical systems, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a fire alarm technician or in a related field is advantageous.
Skills
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use various hand tools and testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
