About the Role

We are seeking for an Associate to support Sales, Sales Operations, and corporate planning activities. Reporting to Director of Business Management, you will be part of the team to collaborate with multiple stakeholders on special projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough industry and company research on enterprises, providing insights on how to shape our sales strategies.
  • Support the development of sales proposals and pitches to enterprise clients
  • Undertake Sales Operation activities including management of HubSpot CRM, generation of reports to analyse our pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate with account managers and marketing to curate an updated account-based marketing list and facilitate targeted marketing efforts.
  • Drive sales process improvement by developing new templates and enhancing existing processes.
  • Support various corporate and management meetings/events, ensuring well-organized agendas, minute-taking, and efficient tracking of follow-up actions.
  • Provide essential support in corporate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) exercises, contributing to effective tracking and monitoring of progress.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated interest in understanding business operations and implementation processes
  • Passion for innovation and process improvement.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal in English)
  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
  • Able to work and contribute independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and urgency
