Job Responsibilities
- Report to the Vice President and assist in overseeing Property Managers, Property Officers, and Technicians.
- Oversee the management and upkeep of client properties, including tenant relations and arrears.
- Provide technical guidance on building systems, plumbing, sanitation, M&E services (ACMV, BMS, fire protection, lifts, escalators, etc.).
- Ensure timely submission of management reports to clients.
- Follow up promptly on incident and crisis management reports.
- Adhere to service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators as specified by the client.
- Foster positive relationships between the Facilities Management team and other departments (tenancy, leasing, finance, advertising, promotions).
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to refine strategies and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate effectively with clients at a senior level.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with external contractors to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Promote team synergy and a positive work environment.
- Manage internal resources to distribute workload evenly among team members.
- Resolve conflicts constructively with minimal disruption.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess at least a Degree in areas such as Real Estate, Building, Project and Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or similar disciplines.
- At least a 10 years of managerial experience in facilities management.
- Skilled in using MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle both operations and projects at the same time.
- Possess certification as a Senior Fire Safety Manager will be an added avantage.
