INSURANCE CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Tasks:

  • Handle all insurance-related matters for company personnel, vehicles and goods.
  • Assist in processing of insurance claims, include data-entry and ensure all documentation are accurate and filled .
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and provide updates to clients until resolution.
  • Response to clients quieries and calls.
  • Be knowledgable in WICA.
  • Able to response to calls and messages incase of emergencies.
  • Any other assigned duties by management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a claims or insurance environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills is needed.
  • 5 days work and must be able to response to emergency calls when needed.
  • Lunch and transport to office will be provided.
  • Location at West.
