Job Tasks:
- Handle all insurance-related matters for company personnel, vehicles and goods.
- Assist in processing of insurance claims, include data-entry and ensure all documentation are accurate and filled .
- Follow up on outstanding claims and provide updates to clients until resolution.
- Response to clients quieries and calls.
- Be knowledgable in WICA.
- Able to response to calls and messages incase of emergencies.
- Any other assigned duties by management.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a claims or insurance environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills is needed.
- 5 days work and must be able to response to emergency calls when needed.
- Lunch and transport to office will be provided.
