Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for staff feedback on office facilities, contractors for improvement works, and building management for maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment through daily routine checks and prompt rectification of issues with relevant vendors.
- Supervise all cleaners and liaise with the cleaning contractor to ensure office cleanliness.
- Support and coordinate office improvement works, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, including fire safety.
- Handle room bookings for seminar and training facilities, maintaining the booking system, and managing room availability.
- Set up seminar and training rooms, including AV systems, and provide basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with tenancy management, including office leasing and defect rectification during occupancy.
- Cover reception and office administration functions as needed and coordinate with colleagues for proper coverage.
Requirements:
- Experience in facilities, AV, and video conferencing equipment management.
- Responsible and proactive in following up on solutions for problems.
- Hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
