Location: Chinatown
Job Description:
* Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
* Handles guests’ inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
* Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
* Performs other related tasks.
Job Requirements:
* Good personality with strong communication and interaction skills.
* Knowledge of Opera or other Property Management System would be an added advantage.
